I recently purchased my fourth vehicle (a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee) from the Portsmouth Used Car Superstore and I am still as happy with them as I was with my first purchase. I am a VERY partiicular person when it comes to my vehicles, maintenance and care of them. The Portsmouth Used Car Superstore is always UNDER book value with QUALITY cars, not to mention the free inspections for the life of your ownership. John Leonardi, the salesperson I purchased from knew, just what I was looking for, was very understanding about my situation, worked with me, which made this recent purchase better than the others (of which I never had a complaint about). Their Service Dept is very reliable, quick and dependable with a knowledgable staff. The Service Manager Todd and JR the mechanic are quality, knowledgeable staff. The Portfolio Extended Warranty is one best I'ver ever seen. Even my old mechanic said hes never seen better for coverages. I have also referred others to them in the past and they have had a good car buying experience also. I highly recommend the Portsmouth Used Car Superstore to anyone who is in the market for a quality automobile. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer of the Portsmouth Used Car Superstore

I just recently purchased a vehicle there and they tried to make this experience as easy as possible. They tried to work with my budget as best as possible which was the best part. When I went there I had one car in mind and they didn't try to show me other cars that I might like better to get more sales. I would definitely send all my family and friends there.

My previous vehicle had been totaled in an accident, so we were really desperate to find a new car. My husband and I went to check out Portsmouth Used Car Superstore, and were amazed at the great deals and the selection of cars. We'd been to many other dealers, and this was, by far, our best experience with any dealership. The salesmen weren't pushy at all, and they were totally willing to just let us check out all the cars we were interested in. Though we knew we needed a new vehicle, the sales people never pushed us to make a decision right away. We've had the car for over a year, and have had it served at the PUCS service department, which was also great - they were quick to get the work done on the car, and the free inspections for life is a nice bonus!

I have always heard great things about Portsmouth Used Car Superstore, so when my teenage daughter was begging for a car, this is where we went. I am very picky when it comes to where I buy my cars. Portsmouth used car superstore has at least three great things that I like.
1. A huge, varied, selection of clean late model cars. 2. A nice spacious well lit lot (reminds me of most new car dealers)
3. Friendly and knowledgable low pressure sales people.
Check it out- if your discriminating like me I think you will be happy.

I bought my 2002 Ford Escape from Brandon Small. From the 1st time I spoke with him on the phone, I KNEW he was the right salesman for me...it's because he LISTENED to what I needed ...and then met that need. The whole process was wonderful...I was also given a very generous trade-in for my Honda CRV. The goal was to cut my payments by at least half. Mission Accomplished!
I would also like to say that the SERVICE DEPT is probably one of the best on the Seacoast. They do not oversell on maintenance...and work within time frames and budgets to do necessary repairs..ALWAYS timely. Several times I was offered a ride to and from work.

Pat is so nice and friendly to work with! Their auto body shop is also wonderful and fixed my leased vehicle so I could turn it back in without any issues. It looked brand new again! :) I have been so happy with this dealership that I have recommended the Superstore to many friends and family members who have needed cars and three have purchased here. I called a few places that do spray on bedliners (linex, rhino) and shopped prices. These guys were the lowest price. Then when I was talking to the guy at the desk he said I should check out their website and for a coupon. $35 off! He already had the lowest price and got me another $35. I'd recommend this place to anyone who need a good bedliner.
