Thank you so much for helping make our car-buying experience with you so easy and literally pain-free. Buying a new vehicle is not something my husband and I enjoy. The fact that neither of us likes haggling has always left me feeling like we would end up missing out on a deal because we didn't want to play the game. Our experience with you left me feeling quite the opposite. Your prices were absolutely reasonable - not so high that it was obvious that games needed to be played, and not so low that you had to wonder what was really wrong with the vehicle! Your offer for our trade-in was, again, very reasonable and left me feeling completely free from those silly games. I appreciated that you were willing to find a way to get us into the car that would work for us, based on what we were looking for, and not based on what would benefit the company. I felt no pressure from you, only that you wanted us to be honest and let you know what WE needed so you could help us find what would work. The minor tweaks and fixes that were needed to make the car like new were equally pain-free. Ken in Service could not have been nicer. I have to say that our whole family loves our car, and most people are surprised to learn that it isn't brand new! It looks great, and runs great, and I'm thrilled to finally own a Toyota. In addition, Jon Miele was clear, helpful, and fast so that we didn't have to spend too much time signing forms while our kids were itching to drive off in our new car.
I can assure you that I have already told people about our experience and will continue to do so. If I find out about anyone looking for a car, I will make sure they go to see you first.
If I could afford to buy a car more often, you'd be seeing more of us! In the meantime, I'll just have to do my best to send people your way instead.
